Cannabinoids naturally exist in breast milk, as a 2016 research published by the National Institutes of Health indicates(1). THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), a psychoactive cannabinoid found in marijuana, is an CBD oil effective agonist to both CB1 and CB2 receptors.
